Colton Amster is the owner and operator of Redline Restorations, an automotive restoration specialist based in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Beyond his professional activities, Colton Amster engages with a number of local organizations. He has made a number of contributions to the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.

Each year more than 200 volunteers provide much needed assistance to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center locations in Hartford, Waterbury, Farmington, and other areas of the state. In order to best help the medical center in its various operations, volunteers are provided various forms of training, among other valuable benefits.

Volunteers can contribute to the hospital on an ongoing basis, which necessitates a minimum one year commitment. Other volunteer positions include summer volunteer, research volunteer, and pet therapy volunteer. An individual’s responsibilities as a volunteer can range from leading an arts and crafts session to providing clerical support to the medical center’s office staff.
